All students:
Please visit each of the links below for important information and to complete required steps to prepare to start at South. Please note: the ‘Required Annual Notices & Forms’ as well as the ‘Required Annual Permissions’ may printed at home and turned into the main office, or emailed to shull@4j.lane.edu (paper copies will be available in-person upon request).

Student/Parent Address and Contact Information Updates
Please review your contact information in ParentVUE and StudentVUE and email any changes to our Registrar Melinda Shull at shull@4j.lane.edu. It is important that we are aware of any changes in your contact and emergency information!
If you are changing an address, we must have a copy of your new lease or mortgage statement as well as a current utility bill. Please list the people the address change affects. If you have students at other schools, you will need to submit the change directly to them.
Our weekly newsletter is our primary means of communicating important information to keep parents informed & to empower students to succeed by being in-the-know about ‘all things South!’ Having your current email address(es) in ParentVUE allows us to keep you up to date with regular messaging.
